Debora Field, of Zimmer, represented the landlord, Cunningham Properties, LLC. Larry Glaze, of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., represented the tenant.

Field also represented Cunningham Properties in the leasing of 1,347 square feet to Financial Planning Consultants, Inc. The firm will occupy Suites 112 and 106. Two other transactions at the at property included a 444 square-foot lease to the Martin, Leigh, laws & Fritzlen Law Firm in Suite 111 and a 736 square-foot lease of Suites 116 and 117 to Performance Training Resources, LLC.

The property was purchased by ZBC-DGAII, LLC, who immediately leased the property back to KC Holdings, LLC for an extended period of time. Goldblatt Tool Company was represented in sale negotiations by David J. Zimmer, SIOR, FRICS of Zimmer Real Estate Services.
