As a property manager, Jack is responsible for property maintenance, lease enforcement, tenant relations, rent collection, contract negotiations and administration, budget preparation and  implementation. His experience in managing medical office facilities has provided him the professional skills required to work successfully with such diverse physician tenant specialties as: Cardiologists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Outpatient Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.

Jack has over 20 years of management experience prior to joining Zimmer. His background includes development and execution of financial budgets, team building with an emphasis in customer relations, problem solving and decision making, staff recruitment, training and development.
