As Chief Building Engineer, Michael’s main responsibilities include providing training, coordination and evaluation of a staff of 11 building engineers, assisting in the development of preventive maintenance programs and Facility Manuals for each of the office buildings Zimmer manages, providing scheduling and back up for building engineers and developing a safety program. He also has responsibility for the commissioning of new buildings and creating Emergency Response plans.
