Hurricane Katrina's destruction of the Grantham University office and campus in Slidell, Louisiana led owners to relocate the administrative offices to the Zona Rosa development in Kansas City, Missouri in November 2005 where they initially leased approximately 20,000 square feet.

Grantham selected Zimmer to help them find office space and to help in the relocation of their staff following the Hurricane. Less than three months after the initial lease, Grantham expanded its space by an additional 10,000 square feet to move back-office functions from Arlington, Virginia. Zimmer has assisted Grantham in leasing additional storage space as well as provided construction management in the build out of their office space.
