Zimmer developed AirWorld Center for Wachovia Bank starting 1974. The orderly sale of the remaining undeveloped ground was achieved over a period of three years once the decision was made by Wachovia Bank to liquidate their Kansas City holdings. The final 30 acres, which were spread throughout various sites in the park, were sold through a sealed bid auction coordinated by Zimmer.

Zimmer also assisted Wachovia Bank of North Carolina in the sale of the following improved properties which are all located in the AirWorld Center Business Park.
