Zimmer handles all Real Estate sales and leasing for J.E. Dunn Construction Company. J.E. Dunn is one of the largest general contractors in the US. J.E. Dunn is currently in 22 cities in the United States. Zimmer handles all lease and sale negotiations locally and nationwide through our ONCOR partner firms.

With a proactive approach to lease management, Zimmer was able to negotiate a 49 percent rental savings for the lease of a Portland office, 18 percent savings in Des Moines and 21 percent savings in Minneapolis. Zimmer handles all lease management and tracks key critical dates serving as J.E. Dunn’s outsourced Real Estate Department.

Zimmer also provides property appraisal services for Dunn owned properties or properties that are being considered for potential purchase. Zimmer is currently assisting J.E. Dunn in all aspects of the relocation of the U.S. Headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri.
