The facility is home to Enterprise’s Kansas City corporate office and also includes fleet management services. Zimmer provided a full range of Owner’s Representative services, including selection of primary team members, design and constructibility review, project accounting/reporting, budget and schedule management.

Zimmer also assisted the client with understanding and meeting the city and state regulatory requirements, which included issues relating to a fueling station for fleet vehicles and flood plain issues which affected the design and approvals for the fleet parking areas.

Construction began in the summer of 2005 and the facility opened in the summer of 2006—on time and on budget.
