Lenexa Industrial Park is a 260-acre planned industrial park owned and developed by Zimmer. It opened in 1965 and is currently 95 percent complete. Lenexa Industrial Park was the first planned development in the now burgeoning I-35 corridor and led the way for the massive industrial growth and development in Johnson County, Kansas.
