Allan Kaufman serves as Vice President-Sales & Leasing and specializes in general brokerage and tenant representation. 

Allan began his career in 1973 with one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the region.  He became Senior Vice President of Office Properties Division of that firm.  In 1985, Allan became an active member in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).  He is a past President of the Commercial Division of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors and has also served as a member of the Board of Directors and held the office of Secretary of the Real Estate Board.  Allan is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Missouri Association of Realtors and is past Chairman of the Commercial and Industrial Division of the Association.  He is a life member of the Million-Dollar Clubs for the Real Estate Board as well as the Missouri Association of Realtors. 

Allan has extensive experience with medical buildings located throughout Kansas City, and in the Independence area.  He was responsible for the leasing and management of the Truman Forest Professional Building located adjacent to the Independence Regional Health Center, as well as the leasing of the doctors’ building at the Medical Center of Independence.  Most recently, he represented Liebohn Ophthalmology in the relocation of its offices to the Eastland Business Center in Independence.

Allan was awarded the 2003 Commercial Realtor of the Year by the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors.
