Michael Gillaspie has over 25 years of experience in project management, construction management, architectural design, and related development industries. Currently, Michael’s primary roles are to manage project budgets, anticipated costs and schedule, and oversee the design and construction of development projects. Michael complements the Zimmer team through his diversified background in architectural and construction industries.  He is also a leader in sustainable design and development, both within the company and within the community.

Michael’s project management experience includes coordination of project component teams (site development, building core and shell, building fit-out); primary design team liaison with governing authorities for zoning and permit issues; and construction administration oversight. He is also responsible for quality control and value assurance services on an overall project basis, along with client interface responsibilities.
