Horsepower Control is in the business of electrical components. As part of the lease extension, the building owner, Brookwood Realty Company, will renovate the building including new office remodeling, new warehouse lighting and weatherization. Zimmer Real Estate Services, L.C. Senior Vice President-Principal Mark C. Long, SIOR, CCIM, LEED AP represented the landlord in this transaction.

 (KANSAS CITY, Mo.) Bolstering its growing and active Property and Facilities Management division, Zimmer Real Estate Services, L.C. has filled two management positions during the past month. Skip Rosenstock, CPM, CCIM, a 25-year property management veteran took over as Director of Field Property Management on April 18. Rosenstock, who was previously Senior Property Manager at Briarcliff Realty, will take over for Zimmer Vice President Vern Walters, CPM, LEED AP, who is leading Zimmer's Property Management efforts for the new 1.5 million-square-foot National Security Campus in south Kansas City.
