Nebraska Book’s portfolio presented a number of challenges from a management perspective. Zimmer Real Estate Services, L.C. began working for the company at the height of the recession. Nebraska Book was searching for ways to cut costs while at the same time wanting to increase the power of its brand and service value to its partner schools.
