Zimmer Real Estate Services assembled the land and tax increment financing to construct this 42,000 square foot corporate headquarters building on Quality Hill in downtown Kansas City.

The Centerpoint Medical Office Building, located at 19550 E 39th Street in Independence, Mo. Was opened in May 2007 as part of Healthcare Corporation of America, Inc.’s hospital project. This four-story 201,404 square-foot building, owned by The Boyer Co., is occupied by 24 tenants.

Zimmer Real Estate Services was selected through a competitive bid process to provide property management services to the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority for the new Transit Center at 39th and Troost. Expertise involved includes successful public bid process, tenant relations, property management and MBE/WBE utilization as required by the KCATA.

In July 2005, Sprint Corporation completed the sale of its property located at 2330 Shawnee Mission Parkway property to The University of Kansas Hospital Authority. The 258,000 square foot building is the former Sprint World Headquarters located in Westwood, Kansas. Zimmer represented Sprint in sale negotiations.

Zimmer completed a long-range planning study for the I-435 Corridor, a significant asset for the City of Shawnee, Kansas. It is a major transportation route and a conduit of materials, goods and services, and it is a tremendous development amenity through the access it provides to the area and the community.  Ultimately, the land use mix, function and design of the area will be key in defining the environment that will contribute to character and vibrancy of Shawnee as a whole.
