Zimmer is currently serving as Owner’s Representative on behalf of the Unified Government for the Schlitterbahn Vacation Village project. The project will be constructed on a 300-acres, east of I-435 adjacent to Village West utilizing STAR Bond financing and equity provided by Schlitterbahn.

Zimmer was responsible for overall design and construction management of this 180,000 square foot facility. Located in the Southlake Technology Park, this four-story office building has 93,000 square feet of 8" access flooring. The building also includes an 8,000 square foot data center with 24" access floors, an underfloor sprinkler system and a sophisticated fire detection system. The data center incorporated Liebert units and UPS, back up batteries and an emergency generator.
